Representatives of domestic and international partners, guests from financial institutions, company shareholders, company founder, esteemed retired executives, and outstanding employee representatives from various production bases worldwide gathered to collectively review Baijin’s 35 years of endeavor and to look ahead at the development blueprint for the global sulfur-based fine chemical industry.
 

35 Years of Transformation: From Local Roots to Global Industry Influence
 

The celebration commenced with a powerful opening drum performance. Under the theme "Sulfur's Golden Years, Scientific Innovation as Our Compass," the host detailed Baijin’s 35-year development milestones: starting in a small village in Wenshui, Shanxi, and gradually establishing roots in the international metropolis of Shanghai; evolving from a family-style operation into a standardized, New Third Board listed enterprise; and progressing from traditional process exploration to leading technological innovation in the global carbon disulfide industry. Through continuous effort, the Baijin team has created an industrial legacy within China's fine chemical sector.
 

The Company Founder delivered the first address. The Founder shared Baijin's deep connection to the carbon disulfide industry: every step—from initial technology development to global market layout, and from the formation of the "benevolent management" culture to the "1,2,3" safety and environmental development strategy—was attributed to the adherence and innovation of all Baijin employees. "Baijin is like a child; 35 years of growth have been invested with the wisdom and effort of every generation of Baijin people," stated the Founder, expressing profound sentiment for the enterprise.
 

A retrospective video then led guests through Baijin's expansive 35-year journey: process iterations from the charcoal method to the coke method, technological breakthroughs from the natural gas method to new production techniques, and expansion from a single domestic production base to overseas markets including India and Indonesia. Each strategic decision reflects Baijin’s original mission of "Sulfur as the Foundation, Forging Strong Chains."
 

The Company Chairman emphasized in his speech that Baijin has continuously extended its sulfur-based fine chemical industry chain while deepening its core carbon disulfide business in recent years. He affirmed: "In the future, Baijin will continue to utilize scientific and technological innovation as its engine, driving industrial development towards a greener, higher-end, and more international direction, steadily moving toward the goal of 'A Century-Old Foundation, A Golden Brand.'"
 

Honoring Efforts: Recognizing Excellence and Consolidating Momentum
 

Baijin’s 35 years of achievements are inseparable from the hard work of every employee. The ceremony included "Outstanding Individual Awards" and "Distinguished Contribution Awards," recognizing individuals who demonstrated exceptional performance and made significant contributions.
 

Thirteen domestic and international employees received the "Outstanding Individual Award," including representatives from the International Trade Department I and Human Resources Department, the Shift Manager and Instrument Supervisor from Baijin India, and various outstanding employees from Chongqing Xingfa Jinguan and Shandong Jindian. The "Distinguished Contribution Award" was conferred upon ten core executives for their notable contributions in strategic decision-making, overseas operations, and technology, including the Director & CFO, the Head of Operations at Baijin India, and the Chairman of Chongqing Xingfa Jinguan.
